Quality assurance
Our main aim is to provide quality equipment at most affordable prices. Our product owner should feel proud on receiving the product. They must be happy with the quality of product and services they receive. We have been successful in retaining almost all our customers and most of them are continued since inception.
As Gauge Geotechniques, our policy is to provide our customers with Quality Products and Services that fully meet their expectations by maintaining continual development of quality management systems. We assure that our products are safe, reliable, fully fit for purpose they are made and compliant to statutory health and safety regulations.
Backed by the proven reliability of our test equipment and the experience of our team, our quality control procedures ensure that we can repeatedly supply the highest quality products to give a long and trouble-free operating life with minimal maintenance costs.


Warehouse and Packaging
We have good clean warehouse and packing area to safely store our products. Our store area is divided into sub area to systematically keep our products.
We make use of quality packing material, also our packing is best as we employ most experienced person from packing industry. This could be the reason, we hardly face breakage issues (below 1%) and many people call us to compliment the packing.
We also take care of loading, smooth transportation and unloading at customers premises.
After Sales and Services
We Gauge Geotechniques are customer oriented company. We understand our duty to provide quality after sales services to all our product owners. We lay a strong emphasis and endeavour towards attaining complete client satisfaction. We run an extra to please our customer, could be opening of the packing case, placing the machine, installing the machine, demonstration and training to whole team.
Owing to quality of our products and services, even our first customer AMU Aligarh (1998) is always with us. They simply call us as and when they need any product/services.

OUR journey
Growth Through Time
1998
Established at Faridabad. Provided Laboratory at AMU Aligarh and many equipment to NEEPCO.
2000
Got NHPC consultancy order for Power Corp Nagaland. Provided Research Laboratory to Govt of Meghalaya.
2002
Started manufacturing facility at Faridabad, specially for export worthy products, started exporting to Al Mazrui-Dubai.
2004
Al Mazrui become major importer of Gauge products. Developed Dirty Pitot Tube, Coal Sampler, 24’ Static Probe and many such products for thermal power stations.
2006
Developed Static Pile Load Test Digital Indicator mainly for the safety of operators. HCC placed first order while ITD Cementation got the second.
2008
Provided Dam Monitoring Instruments at Tillari Dam. This big order included KMs of twin tube and pneumatic piezometer tubing, KMs of jelly filled cable for vibrating wire instruments and many sensors.
2010
TATA Steel Jharkhand asked to monitor Bokaro and 5 other rivers and weather conditions at Ghatotand plant. Our team of 5 people stayed there for over 20 months.
2012
NHPC believed in us and asked for Dulhasti Dam instrumentation. NTH Ghaziabad asked to Develop Ceramic Tile Testing Equipment as per IS: 13630, Our Kerala friends called to provide our civil engineering products at COET, GEC, Rajadhani, LBSIT, Vidhya.
2014
Dugar Dam authority asked us to monitor Chenab River Flow and Weather conditions at Killar. Killar is described as remotest village of India where direct road connection opens only for 4 months. Our team stayed there for over 22 months.
2016
DTET Orissa got laboratories for their 9 engineering colleges. Supply and installation was big task as most colleges were newly built and in remote locations. Great team effort and we completed the job in record time. Re-designed our most successful product, Pile Load Test Indicator with DC sensors to provide over 24 hours battery backup. Unit is now more accurate, more convenient, lightweight and easy to use.
2018
Our newly developed Digital Insitu Plate Jacking Test Apparatus (Insitu PJT) got space at NIRM Bangalore (after AECS and IGS). Interestingly, NIRM had hundreds of millions in their mind and now they are more comfortable with our product of just ₹ 3 million
2020
Instrumented Ichari and Maneri concrete gravity dams in COVID period. During COVID itself instrumented Unchahar with 35 piezometers. Monitored Nainital Landslide using Inclinometer and other sensors. GCEK-Bhawanipatna got 5 labs from us. Provided telemetry water level recorders at hundreds of locations including Sai Kothi, Hel Kothi, Devi Kothi, Dhanlaxmi, Taiyo, DFM Foods, Exalta, DENSO.
2022
We completed manufacturing of over 350 Digital Pile Load Tester. Mahindra University Hyderabad got research grade equipment. Metro Train, HSRP (Bullet Train) and RRTS (NamoBharat) being monitored using our dataloggers. Developed EV2 PLT as per DIN.
2024
Kadra, Kodasalli, Supa (110m high gravity dam), Mandakini kept us busy for AWS, EWS and other geotechnical instruments. CSMRS got a new set of Insitu plate jacking test apparatus worth 40Lakhs. Graphic Era got complete civil lab and IIT Roorkee asked to provide equipment at Earthquake Engineering department.
Looking Ahead
Introduction of new DSA2021 will ask all major dam owners to have instrumentation, including GLOF/Flood warning systems. This is hot emerging area as we have over 6000 large dams. We have already installed FWS at Mandakini for Statkraft working successfully for over 18 months. Got another project to provide EFWS at TEESTA-III.
